ABOUT US
Our mission is introducing people to Jesus, helping them grow in their walk with Him, and finding a place to touch and serve people using their particular gifts and talents.
We believe that church should be a place where close encounters with God can occur. We have a relaxed atmosphere where most people feel comfortable. We believe you will enjoy your time with us and be challenged to live a Biblical lifestyle. You may even meet some people who could become your best friends as you get to know them. Our doors opened on October 2, 2022. Services at this campus are currently on hold! Please join us for Sunday services at our Lisbon Church - www.lisbonwc.org. The church wasn't only open on Sunday, check us out for our youth nights, family events, and community outreach events. Check us out...We think you will be glad you did!
Meet Our Pastors
PASTOR RAY SELDEN
Lead Pastor
BIO:
I was called to be a pastor when I was 14 years old, serving the local church full time since 1993. For 23 years, my focus in ministry was to youth; spending counting hours showing Christ's love to teens and their families. Following a short stint in Haiti, my focus has been as a Lead Pastor, crafting messages and discipleship experiences to draw people into deeper love with Jesus and a more intimate holiness journey.
Philippians 3:12 is my life verse, "Not that we have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me."
In my free time, you'll find me camping & hiking with Pastor Mary and enjoying Buffalo sports. However, you won't find me while I'm hunting because I wear camouflage.
PASTOR MARY SELDEN
Pastor of Family Ministries
BIO:
After about 26 years as a pastor’s wife, helpmate, and leader in youth & children's ministry, the Lord called me to the ministry of pastor. I am an Ordained Minister in The Wesleyan Church. My calling is to be an encouraging preacher/teacher who encourages others to experience God’s presence through many creative outputs and to inspire others to seek out a deep relationship with God Almighty. I relate well to Barnabas in the book of Acts. He was an encourager and a restorer.
Psalm 71 speaks well into my life, especially verses 17 Since my youth, God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds. 18 Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your mighty acts to all who are to come.
My hobbies and interests include gardening, baking/cooking, camping/hiking, and painting.
